Tool Tips
You will find that many buttons on the website will pop-up a small help tip when you place the mouse on them without clicking. This is called hovering. If you are not sure what something does - trying hovering the mouse over it and a tip may instantly pop-up.

Checkboxes
When you are on any search results page or in your Saved Properties or Rejected Properties folders (more on them later) you will see a row of checkboxes down the right side.

Features such as saving or rejecting properties, email a friend and moving or removing properties from your folders use these checkboxes to tell them which properties you want to act on.

Action Buttons
You will also find a row of buttons at the bottom of the different property lists that may look like this:

These buttons are what you click to actually save, reject or otherwise act on a checked property.

For example:
If you wanted to save four properties, you would do the following:

1. Click the checkboxes next to each property you want to select.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the list.
3. Click the Save Checked Properties button.

That's all there is to it. You would do the same to reject properties or email them. You can select one, a few or all the properties on a page.

The check / uncheck all button.
This will check or uncheck all the properties on a list all at once.
Say you have 15 properties saved and you want to email 14 of them. You could check the 14 one at a time or you could use the check all feature and then just uncheck the one property you did not want to send. Two clicks instead of 14.

Help buttons.
You will see these in various sizes but they all show the red question mark ?. The small ones will give some information just by putting your mouse on the icon without clicking. The larger ones will open an information page with instructions or examples when clicked.
